Services

Microplesk provides web development, mobile app development, custom software, and DevOps services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables we create for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. We may use open-source tools and libraries subject to their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Microplesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
