βš–οΈData Retained for Statutory & Legal Compliance

MicroPlesk is an enterprise HRMS and payroll platform utilized by employer organizations to administer workforce management and statutory benefits.

Under mandatory Indian labor and statutory laws (such as the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, Payment of Wages Act, 1936, and the Income Tax Act, 1961), an employer is legally obligated to preserve finalized historical attendance logs, wage registers, statutory deduction schedules, and salary disbursements for a statutory audit window (typically 7 to 8 financial years).

These statutory records remain under the strict legal custody of your employer (the tenant organization) for compliance inspections and cannot be deleted while statutory obligations remain active. However, your individual mobile login account, access rights, and personal contact associations with the mobile application are permanently deleted.
